Thank you for praying and for your support! As of right now, it looks like the chance to attend the Levite Praise Institute – a 2 month intensive worship training school – is within reach! It starts September 1, so we’re definitely coming down to the wire.
Here’s how things are looking so far:
- I should be able to take a 2 month leave of absence from Logos and continue working here upon my return from Germany in November as I continue to build a partnership team for long term ministry.
- Praise the Lord, I have (between cash in hand and pledged support) enough to cover the tuition for the LPI ($960).
I still need:
- $600 for room and board for 2 months staying at Jesus Haus (where the school is being held) in Herrnhut, Germany.
- Plane tickets to get there and back! If you are a frequent traveler and have enough air miles to donate a ticket, that would be amazing! Or, current prices for these dates are about $1500-$1600.
- another $500 margin for weekend expenses (meals not covered) and possible travel while in Germany and $500 for bills that need to be maintained at home while I’m gone.
SO… I need a plane ticket and another $1600, probably in that order. 🙂 Or in whatever order the Lord should care to provide.
